DISCUSSION TOPIC #1:

During the Large Format Class in Spring 2012 I started a list of photographers who have used large format for at least one of their projects.  I'd like to keep adding to this is and also make the names clickable.

Take a look Page titled Large Format Photographers List.
  1. Choose 5 photographers from the list and in the comments section leave a link to their work so that I can activate their name. (if they already have a link and it is a good one, just put their name)
  2. If you know of a photographer who is using large format but is not on the list, please add their name and a link in the comment section
  3. Pick ONE photographer that interests you and prepare a short 5 minute oral presentation for the next class focusing on why using a Large Format camera was important for the success of the images.  Choose 5-10 images to show of their work (it can be from one specific project or span many though its probably easier to focus on one project).  Bring the images on a thumb drive and have a hard copy of your presentation to turn in to me.
  4. BONUS CREDIT if you also are able to bring a book about that photographer or with some of the photographer's work included in it.
